Stuart Haydel has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Server at Mac's Chophouse since November 2022 and at Oak Steakhouse since November 2019. Prior to these roles, Stuart held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at ClubCorp from December 2018 to November 2019. Stuart also served as General Manager for Sizzling Steak Concepts, which includes the Ruth's Chris Steak House franchise and UP on the Roof, from August 2013 to December 2018. Educational background includes attendance at Auburn University from 1989 to 1990 and graduation from Archbishop Shaw High School in 1989.
