H. Todd Kepler

H. Todd Kepler, DO, MBA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. H. Todd is currently serving as the Senior Medical Director at Oak Street Health since 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked at Equitas Health as the Medical Director, where they provided care to individuals with HIV and the LGBTQ community. H. Todd'srole also included overseeing clinical operations, transforming care delivery, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Before joining Equitas Health, Dr. Kepler held various positions at Premier Health Group. H. Todd served as the Interim President and Chief Medical Officer in 2018 and as the Medical Director from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as the Medical Director at Premier Health ACO of Ohio in 2017 and as a Physician at Premier HealthNet from 1999 to 2014.

Dr. Kepler started their career as a Physician in a private practice in Fairborn, Ohio in 1989 and later served as the Medical Director, PHO at Greene Memorial Hospital from 1996 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Dr. Kepler has shown expertise in value-based care, PCMH accreditation, EMR implementation, quality improvement, and policy development. H. Todd has also focused on creating evidence-based treatment algorithms and improving operational efficiencies in medical settings.

H. Todd Kepler, DO, MBA completed their education in a chronological order. H. Todd received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Premedicine from the University of Dayton in 1982. H. Todd then attended Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree. From 1987 to 1989, they completed their Family Medicine Residency at the Medical Center of Beaver, PA. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Wright State University.
