Valerie Iwinski

Valerie Iwinski has an extensive work experience spanning over several years and industries. Valerie most recently held the position of Vice President Contact Center Excellence at Oak Street Health since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the SVP Clinical Services & Telehealth at Cureatr from December 2020 to August 2021. Valerie also worked as the Vice President Call Centers at Ciox Health from September 2018 to October 2020, where they led multiple call centers and implemented performance improvements. Valerie held the role of Vice President Arizona Business Development at MedAvail Technologies Inc. from April 2017 to September 2018, where they were responsible for implementing a medication dispensing kiosk network and opening a retail pharmacy. Valerie previously held various Vice President positions at Avella Specialty Pharmacy, OneRoof Energy, Inc., Express Scripts, and American Express, where they gained extensive experience in operations, management, and customer service.
