Dean Baldwin

Dean Baldwin has a strong background in commercial banking, with experience in various roles and companies. Dean is currently serving as the Vice President - Commercial Banking at Oak Valley Community Bank since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PNC as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Banking from January 2020 to December 2021. Dean also held the position of Regional Vice President - Commercial Banking Manager at Tri Counties Bank from November 2015 to January 2020. Dean has also worked at Bank of America as a Vice President, Senior Client Manager from August 2011 to November 2015, and at PremierWest Bank as a Vice President, Business Banking Manager from June 2008 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, they served as a VP, Relationship Manager at Tri Counties Bank from August 2005 to May 2008, as a Vice President, Client Manager at Bank of America from August 2002 to August 2005, and as a Vice President, Business Deposit Consultant at Wells Fargo from July 1995 to August 2002.

Dean Baldwin attended Burney High School from 1987 to 1991. After graduating from high school, they went on to Menlo College where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1991 to 1995. Later, in 2005 and 2006, Dean attended the CBA Commercial Lending School for formal commercial credit training.
