Crystal Davidson

Crystal Davidson, MS.Ed., currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programming at Oak View Group, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Crystal worked as the Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Monumental Sports & Entertainment from November 2022 to February 2024 and as the Assistant Director at the Center for Culture, Equity and Empowerment at George Mason University from June 2020 to November 2022. Crystal's experience also includes positions as DEI Intern and Graduate Professional in Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Miami from 2018 to June 2020, as well as internships in corporate communications and public relations with the Charlotte Hornets and The Mint Museum in 2017. Crystal's academic background includes a Bachelor's of Arts in English Literature and Culture with a minor in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, along with a certificate in Strategic Enrollment Management, both from the University of Miami.
