Earnest Liggins

Earnest Liggins has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Earnest is currently working at Oak View Group as the SVP, People and Culture - Compliance & Ops since July 2022 and previously held the role of VP, People and Culture - Compliance & Operations since May 2021. Before joining Oak View Group, Earnest worked at CBS Corporation as an HR Director from July 2017 to May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Sr. HR Manager at Universal Studios Hollywood from June 2016 to July 2017. Earnest also worked at Greenland USA as an HR Leader from January 2015 to June 2016 and at Madison Square Garden as an HR Director from November 2011 to December 2014. Their early career includes a role as an HR Director at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center from May 2005 to November 2011.

Earnest Liggins completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in the same field from Baruch College.
