Shawn Ropp

Shawn Ropp has a diverse work experience, starting as the Director of Design & Construction at the San Francisco Unified School District in 2005. Shawn then worked as a Senior Project Manager Business Development at Parsons from 2008 to 2011. After that, they joined the City and County of Denver as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple construction initiatives. In 2016, they joined CAA ICON as a Senior Director, and most recently, in 2023, they started working at Oak View Group as the Vice President of Project Management and Global Development.

Shawn Ropp's education history includes a Construction Engineering Masters from the University of Cambridge (2018-2020), a Postgraduate Diploma in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Ulster University (1989-1991), and a Certificate in Executive Education with a focus on Infrastructure in a Market Economy from Harvard University (2018). Additionally, they pursued European Integration studies at the University of Limerick for a brief period in 1990. Prior to these credentials, Shawn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Illinois Wesleyan University (1984-1988). Shawn also holds a certification in Leadership Denver from the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
