Jason McKee

Jason McKee has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in the finance industry. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Maths Teacher at Queen's Park Community School until 2004. In 2006, they joined Santander UK as a Credit Analyst, analyzing provisions, risk metrics, and collections performance. Jason then progressed to become the Head of Secured Collections Strategy before moving to Grupo Santander in 2010. At Grupo Santander, they were responsible for collections strategy and call center management across European units. In 2013, Jason returned to Santander UK as a Risk Manager and later served as the Head of Write Off. During this time, they led a team of analysts, managed supplier relationships, and supported collections incident management.
