Stephen Wilson

Stephen Wilson is currently serving as Legal Counsel for both the Oakland Athletics and the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Stephen was a Litigation Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from October 2020 to July 2022 and at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP from 2019 to 2020. Stephen also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from August 2018 to August 2019 and completed several summer associate positions at prominent law firms. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honors in Studio Art and Politics from Washington and Lee University (2008-2012).
