Lindsay Schwan

Lindsay Schwan, PEM, currently serves as an Emergency Management Specialist and Solution Area Planner with the Oakland County, Michigan Government since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Emergency Program Manager at Macomb County Emergency Management and Regional Solution Area Planner at Oakland County. Lindsay's career began in security and crisis management with Quicken Loans and the United States Steel Corporation, further enhanced by a decade at Securitas Security Services USA, where management of the GM Global Crisis Command Center was a key responsibility. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Detroit Mercy, a certification in Homeland Security from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Detroit Mercy.
