Charlotte Goulding has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Charlotte is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The Oakland Group since May 2022. Previously, they held positions at Infinity Works, where they worked as the Director of People from July 2020 to May 2022, and as the Head of People Operations from January 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at NHS Digital as a Human Resources Manager from December 2017 to January 2019, and as a Strategic Recruitment Manager from April 2014 to December 2017. Charlotte developed and implemented a talent acquisition strategy and introduced successful early careers schemes during their tenure. Before NHS Digital, they worked at Oxfam as a Regional HR Advisor from October 2010 to April 2014, where they provided support and guidance to employees and volunteers. Charlotte also worked at NHS Connecting for Health as an HR Business Partner from September 2008 to October 2010.

Charlotte Goulding completed their Bachelor's Degree in History and Sociology at the University of Warwick from 2001 to 2004. Charlotte then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, at Leeds Beckett University from 2004 to 2007. In 2016, they obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent.
