Gavin Glinton

Gavin Glinton is an experienced soccer coach and former professional player with a varied career in the sport. Currently serving as the First Assistant Coach at Oakland Roots Sports Club since August 2022, Gavin also held the position of Technical Director at Sacramento United Soccer Club from February 2021 to January 2023. Prior coaching roles include Assistant Coach at New Mexico United and U13 & U14 Academy Coach at Sacramento Republic FC. As a player, Gavin was captain of the Turks and Caicos Islands National Team, competing internationally from February 2004 to February 2011, while also playing professionally for various clubs including LA Galaxy, San Jose Earthquakes, and Carolina RailHawks FC. Gavin's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bradley University.
