Joe Hoover CTS-I, EAVA, DMC-D is a retired Video Network Engineer with extensive experience in the field. Joe's career spans several decades, beginning as an Installation Manager at Communications Systems Group from June 1983 to March 2000. Subsequently, Joe worked as a Video Network Engineer at Oakland Schools from March 2000 until retirement in July 2023. Joe holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from R.E.T.S. Electronic School, completed between 1976 and 1978.
