Tierre Cook-Howell

Tierre Cook-Howell, MS, currently serves as the Pupil Services Manager and Pupil Accounting Auditor at Oakland Schools since September 2019. Previously, Tierre held the position of Project Administrator for the Flint Registry at Michigan State University, where responsibilities included developing public health assessments, managing project teams, and overseeing software platform development. Earlier experience includes the role of Tests and Measurement Specialist for the City of New York, where Tierre developed and validated civil service employment exams, and Employee Development and Training Specialist at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. Tierre's professional background also includes training development at RWD Technologies. Tierre holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
