Nichelle Sykes

Nichelle Sykes currently serves as the College and Career Readiness Coordinator at Oakland Unified School District, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nichelle worked as a Program Specialist at Laney College from May 2023 to August 2023. Nichelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management from California State University - East Bay, completing the degree in December 2022. Additionally, Nichelle holds an Associate of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Berkeley City College and an Associate of Science in Infrastructure Security from Merritt College.
