Amy Mangold

Amy Mangold, MPA, MSITM, currently serves as a Data Security and Compliance Analyst at Oakland University, where responsibilities include ensuring data security. Previously, Amy held the position of IT Services Coordinator, supervising technical procurement and service delivery activities. As Operations Manager for the Technology Help Desk and Makerspace in Library Technology Services, Amy oversaw all operations related to these facilities. Prior to Oakland University, Amy worked as a Licensing Coordinator for Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts, managing licensing for a large portfolio and collaborating with government entities. Amy's career also includes extensive experience as an Operations Manager and Realtor at Cranbrook Associates Inc., where management of training, hiring, and overall operations was key. Amy holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science, all from Oakland University, and has additional education from Specs@LTU.
