Ava Fischer is an experienced professional in writing and education, currently serving as a Writing Camp Assistant Facilitator and Docent at Oakland University, where responsibilities include instructing upper elementary students in creative writing and conducting historical tours. Previously, Ava held various roles at Kalamazoo College, such as Intermediate Fiction Writing Teaching Assistant, Writing Consultant, Resident Assistant, and Video Editor for a culturally relevant documentary project.
