Darryl C. Hill

Darryl C. Hill, Ph.D., MBA, CSP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Safety and Security for First Student, a leading school transportation solutions provider in North America, since October 2017. In addition to this role, Darryl has been a Lecturer, Industry Advisory Board member, and EHS Program Director at Oakland University since January 1996, contributing to the Environmental Health and Safety program. Formerly, Darryl held leadership positions with the American Society of Safety Engineers, including Past-President and President, and managed global health and safety governance at Abbott and Johnson Controls. Darryl has extensive experience in safety management in various organizations including ABB Inc., and holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Oakland University and an MBA focused on Environmental/Sustainability from Southern New Hampshire University.
