Mary Jamieson

Mary Jamieson is an experienced academic with a strong background in biological sciences, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Oakland University since September 2015, after holding the position of Assistant Professor. Previous roles include Research Scientist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2012 to August 2015, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Colorado State University from 2010 to 2012. Mary Jamieson also served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder and The University of Texas at Austin, alongside an editorial assistantship at Arctic, Antarctic, and Alpine Research Journal. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MA in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from The University of Texas at Austin, and dual degrees (BS in Ecology, Evolution, Biodiversity and BA in Environmental Studies) from The University of Kansas.
