Michelle Hammond

Michelle Hammond is an accomplished academic and leadership development specialist with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Oakland University since August 2017, Michelle previously held positions as Assistant Professor in the same institution. Additionally, Michelle has been a Leadership Development Specialist with The Leadership Professors since 2015. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure at the University of Limerick from August 2008 to August 2017, where Michelle progressed from Junior Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. Michelle's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, obtained in 2008, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from St Mary's University of Minnesota, earned in 2001.
