Sarah Horst

Sarah Horst has a diverse background in social work, currently serving as a Social Worker at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center since December 2018, providing PRN coverage. Prior experience includes leadership as Program Director at Goshen Montessori Preschool from February 2021 to May 2024, and a role as a School Counselor Sub at Goshen Middle School in late 2020. Earlier positions at the Elkhart County Public Health Department and Oaklawn Psychiatric Center focused on prenatal care coordination and pre-admission screening assessments, respectively. Sarah also worked as a Medical Social Worker for Generations HealthCare, supporting hospice patients and their families, and completed a graduate internship as a School Social Work Intern at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School.
