Shai Pilgrim

After graduating from Bournemouth University with two degrees, he decided that it was time for him to enter the working world. He was fortunate enough to secure a job as an Associate Consultant at Oakleaf Partnership. Having never done recruitment before he was both excited and nervous to enter this world.

It became apparent that his abilities were well-suited to analysing data and was given a fantastic opportunity to focus on data reporting. As a result, he have been able to improve his skills significantly and am eager to see what the future holds.
