Hari Balasubramanian

Hari Balasubramanian is an accomplished manufacturing operations leader with extensive experience in the medical devices and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Oakley since January 2015, Hari is responsible for lens manufacturing processes and leads a team of 350 employees to achieve production of 10.5 million pairs of lenses annually. Previous roles include Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager and Senior Process Engineering Manager at Oakley, where significant improvements in efficiency and yield were implemented. Prior to Oakley, Hari held key management positions at Helix Medical LLC and Boston Scientific, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and automation projects that enhanced operational efficiency. Hari holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
