Mike Smolenski

Mike Smolenski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager at Oakley Industries Sub Assembly Division, Inc., since July 2020, Mike coordinates maintenance teams and manages a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Guardian Industries from 2005 to 2020, including EHS Manager and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included program development and management of facility maintenance operations. Mike's career began in the United States Air Force, serving from 1985 to 2005, with roles such as Flight Chief and Production Superintendent, overseeing large teams in aircraft maintenance. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
