Youssef Kachouh

Youssef Kachouh is an experienced process engineer currently working at Oakley Industries Sub Assembly Division, Inc. since February 2022. Youssef has previously held roles including an Operational Excellence Intern at Hendrick Motorsports, where responsibilities included developing Standardized Work Instructions, conducting quality control tasks using Microsoft Dynamics AX, and creating a Bill of Materials for the Gen7 NASCAR cup car. Earlier experience includes internships at Abdin Industrial, where Youssef focused on assembly layout and process efficiency, Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, where Youssef developed a MATLAB program for crash risk prediction, Microepsilon, where machine maintenance issues were addressed, and Diffa hostessing as a host. Youssef holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Lebanese American University.
