Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent and Culture Lead. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Talent a Culture to actively recruit on AEC roles and lead all culture building activities/employee recognition. The ideal candidate will have a background in AEC recruiting, event planning and an interest in growing in HR processes/procedures.
