Judith Jones

Judith Jones has a successful career in the senior living industry, with a focus on sales and marketing. Judith is currently working as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Oakmont Senior Living, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at MBK Senior Living as a Regional Director of Sales from January 2019 to February 2023.

Before joining MBK Senior Living, Judith held various roles at Integral Senior Living. Before joining Integral Senior Living, Judith worked at Emeritus as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing from January 2008 to June 2010. In this role, they provided sales and marketing support to multiple assisted living and memory care communities, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve market presence. Judith conducted SWOT analysis and implemented strategy-based action plans.

Judith Jones obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Education from Mt. San Antonio College, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Judith then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Behavioral Science and Business from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications related to unconscious bias: "Overcoming Unconscious Bias in the Workplace" and "Expert Insights on Unconscious Bias," both from Skillsoft, in August 2020 and July 2020, respectively.
