Melissa Solomon

Melissa Solomon has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Senior Vice President of Legal at Oakmont Senior Living since February 2023. Previously, they held the role of SVP, Chief People Officer & General Counsel at Silverado from January 2022 to February 2023, and before that, they were the Vice President of Risk and Legal Affairs at Silverado from August 2014 to January 2022. Prior to Silverado, Melissa worked as a Contracts Analyst at the Strategic Solutions Division of PRA Health Sciences from December 2012 to August 2014, and as a Contracts Associate at PRA Health Sciences from June 2011 to December 2012. Melissa also has experience as a Legal Consultant at Mercer Advisors from March 2008 to May 2009, and as an Attorney at Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive from May 2005 to December 2006.

Melissa Solomon obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2000. Melissa later pursued their Doctor of Law degree (JD) at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, completing their studies in 2005.
