Harley Pasternak

Harley Pasternak is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the US division at OakNorth since 2024. Previously, Harley held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ampla from 2022 to 2024, where the company was acquired by FIS Global. Prior to this, Harley was involved in corporate development at Brex from 2019 to 2022 and worked in corporate finance at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2016 to 2019. Harley Pasternak is an alumnus of Washington University in St. Louis, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, and attended Horace Mann School.
