Lillian Bautista

Lillian Bautista serves as the Chief People Officer at OakNorth Bank since May 2022 and is a member of CPOHQ. As a founding member of Chief from February 2023 to March 2024, Lillian previously held dual roles as Chief People Officer and COO at OakNorth Credit Intelligence until October 2023, and was Vice President of People at H4 prior to that. Lillian's extensive experience includes leadership roles at adidas, where responsibilities encompassed strategic and HR initiatives, and consultancy roles at Willis Towers Watson and Kleimann Communication Group. Lillian is also recognized for contributions as a speaker and lecturer across multiple business schools and conferences, addressing themes such as corporate strategy and brand alignment. Lillian holds an MBA from Esade and has completed advanced studies at Johns Hopkins University.
