Tiffany Watkins

Tiffany Watkins is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at CanMar since August 2024. With extensive experience in the cannabis industry, Tiffany holds multiple roles including Department Chair and Teaching Faculty at Oaksterdam University since April 2021, and Founder of Vanguard Media Online and Take Back Coaching, both established in January 2019 and January 2021 respectively. As Chairwoman of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee at the National Cannabis Industry Association since August 2020, Tiffany is committed to fostering inclusivity within the industry. Previous leadership positions include Vice President of the Board of Directors at Affinity Patient Advocacy and Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Bio Partners, LLC. Notable roles also include Director of Sales and Business Development at Old Pal and Mid Valley Distribution. Tiffany's educational background includes two Bachelor's degrees, one in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento and another in Network and System Administration from Northwestern University.
