Jared Parker

Jared Parker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate governance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of North America for the Global Opportunities Fund at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. since August 2014, Jared also holds the role of Managing Director and Portfolio Manager focusing on Opportunities Funds and Infrastructure Investing. Previous positions include Managing Director at Environmental 360 Solutions, Board Director at NGL Energy Partners LP, and Board Member at Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. Jared's early career includes a Managing Director role at Highstar Capital and serving as President of Ports America Stevedoring, overseeing operations for the largest North American stevedoring and terminal operating company. Jared began professional training as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank in the Global Energy and Utilities corporate finance group. Educationally, Jared earned a BA in International Relations from Stanford University in June 2004.
