Ryan Pavlik

Ryan Pavlik collaborates with Water Street’s team on financing activities for new investments in key sectors of healthcare. He also supports Water Street’s companies with financing strategic mergers, acquisitions and additional initiatives focused on advancing their goals for growth. Prior to joining Water Street, Ryan was a vice president at Golub Capital, where he was responsible for originating, structuring and syndicating middle market and broadly syndicated debt financings for private equity-backed companies. He began his career in investment banking with PNC Capital Markets.

Ryan graduated with honors from Ohio University with dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and marketing.
