Chandra Allison

Chandra Allison has a diverse work history in the hospitality and event industry. Chandra is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth - Meetings, Conventions and Exhibitions at Oak View Group. In this role, they oversee strategy and growth across the company's portfolio and helps businesses achieve success.

Prior to their current position, Chandra worked at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | Las Vegas Sands Corp. for many years, starting as a Sales Assistant and working their way up to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing - M.I.C.E and Leisure. In between, they held various roles such as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Executive Director of Sales, and Director of Sales.

Before joining The Venetian, Chandra worked at Flamingo Hilton as an Executive Sales/Conference Services Manager. Chandra also gained experience at Reno Hilton, where they served as a Casino Marketing Special Events Coordinator, VIP Desk Agent, and Front Desk Agent.

Throughout their career, Chandra has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, event planning, and customer service. Chandra has proven their ability to design meeting spaces, develop business strategies, and enhance guest experiences.

Chandra Allison studied Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
