Before that, Shawna was the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at United Texas Bank Dallas from March 2020 to November 2021. Shawna's extensive experience in human resources also includes a long tenure at North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. as SVP and Director of Human Resources from March 2005 to March 2020.
