Daniel Balzer has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Daniel worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Quality Control Inspector at ExpressJet Airlines from 2001 to 2008. From 2004 to 2008, they also served as a Shop Steward at ExpressJet Airlines for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at GOJO Industries in various roles including Maintenance Mechanic II and Project Manager in Supply Chain Maintenance. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Nestlé Professional as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and later as a Manager of Maintenance Engineering. Daniel then joined Xellia Pharmaceuticals in 2016, where they held multiple roles including Associate Production Process Manager, Production Maintenance Manager, and Senior Manager of Sterile Operations. Finally, starting in 2022, Daniel Balzer became the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Oakwood Labs.

Daniel Balzer completed their education at Colorado Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration/Management from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics from 1999 to 2001 and earned an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology - Aviation Maintenance. Additionally, Daniel Balzer obtained certifications such as the HIPO Leader Badge from Organizational Effectiveness Strategies (OES) in December 2021 and an Airframe and Powerplant License from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2001.
