Steven M.

Steven M. has a diverse work experience in various roles related to cloud engineering, specifically Azure. Steven started their career as a Network Administrator and Data Recovery Specialist at DataTech Labs, where they were responsible for implementing software and hardware upgrades for the network, maintaining websites, and managing customer and employee complaints. Steven then served as a Technology Coordinator at HOPE Online Learning Academy Co-Op, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, configuring servers and routers, and supporting network and server issues.

In 2015, Steven joined Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer - Azure, delivering support services for Microsoft Azure to promote its use and adaptation. Steven also provided training, architectural reviews, and consultation on identity and network security. After their role at Microsoft, they worked at Mercy Housing as an Azure Administrator, where they developed JSON templates and implemented network architecture designs using Azure services.
