Deborah Berg is currently working as a Customer Service/Sales Administration Manager at Oakworks, Inc since March 2014. Prior to that, Deborah held the position of Customer Service Manager at Danfoss N.A from April 2012 to August 2013, where Deborah managed day to day customer service operations for a global manufacturer of refrigeration and air-conditioning parts and assemblies. Deborah also served as the North American Customer Service Manager at Rockwood Pigments from October 2006 to March 2012, overseeing the customer service department with three offices in North America for a global inorganic pigment and colorants manufacturer. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Counseling Psychology from Towson University.
