Saahil Karkera serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Oaky, leading a global team and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR). In addition to this role, Karkera is the Founder and Chief Connector at CS Connect, a community aimed at fostering collaboration among customer success professionals. Past experience includes serving as a Growth Coach at Catalyst Software, focusing on mentorship for aspiring Customer Success Leaders, and as the Head of Customer Success at Optiply, where Karkera implemented successful strategies that significantly improved customer onboarding and revenue retention. Karkera has also contributed to the customer success community as an organizer for the Customer Success Meetup in Amsterdam, promoting knowledge sharing among industry peers. Karkera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Inholland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
