Scott Thompson

Scott Thompson has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Scott began their career in 1999 as a Helpdesk Technician at Transplace. In 2008, they joined Walmart as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they served as team and technical lead for 4 in-house developers, 2 in-house contractors, and 2 off-site contractors. Scott also architected Apache NiFi within the Walmart global infrastructure and OpenStream CueMe for the International environment. In 2018, they moved to Oalva, Inc. as Technical Director and Senior System Architect.

Scott Thompson attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
