Lisa Kainz

Lisa Kainz has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a specialist in Personalentwicklung & Recruiting at ÖAMTC since April 2018. Prior to this role, Lisa held various positions at Hilton, including Human Resources Executive and Human Resources Coordinator, from January 2016 to March 2018. Additionally, Lisa gained experience as an intern in Personalentwicklung at Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe in late 2015 and as a Human Resources Trainee at Conrad Dubai in early 2014. Lisa Kainz holds a Master of Arts in Organisations- & Personalentwicklung and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourismus-Management, both obtained from FHWien der WKW, completing the master's degree in 2017 and the bachelor's degree in 2015.
