Pablo Hörtner

Pablo Hörtner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT consulting and security, as well as a strong background in community-oriented initiatives. As the Co-Founder of Librería Utopía, a radical bookstore in Vienna, Pablo has been involved in creating alternative spaces and fostering local connections since October 2013. Additionally, at argo IT eG and argo Services GmbH, Pablo provides free software consulting and services related to cloud infrastructure and data security. Pablo has also served as an independent IT consultant for ÖAMTC since April 2017, focusing on service operations and GNU/Linux systems. Pablo's previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer at RadarServices and IT Professional at base-camp IT Security & Solutions GmbH, where expertise in security audits and risk management was developed. Early professional experiences range from IT system administration at factline Webservices to quality assurance at Dion Software and social services for children with disabilities at Wiener Sozialdienste. Pablo holds a degree from the University of Vienna.
