Joanna Romanowska

Joanna Romanowska is a Global People Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing and implementing HR systems and processes. Currently at OANDA since May 2022, Joanna leads Workday implementation initiatives and has played a pivotal role in building a global People Operations team across ten countries while developing a GDPR-compliant background screening framework. Previously, Joanna held the same title at Alight Solutions from December 2016 to July 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating global projects and system implementations. Joanna's educational background includes a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University, complemented by Workday training scheduled for March 2024.
