Neil Walker began their work experience in 2006 at Zenith, where they held various roles in strategy, activation planning, and management until 2012. Neil then joined Publicis Media, where they worked as a VP, SVP, and later as a Director in communications planning and account lead roles until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Neil served as the VP of Marketing at Audicus. Following that, they worked at Ro as the Director of Growth Marketing until 2023. Currently, Neil is serving as the VP of Growth at Oar Health.
Neil Walker attended St Dunstan's College, but it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field of study there. Neil later attended the University of St Andrews and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Economics.
