Deputy Principal at Oasis Community Learning

Camron Mills has a diverse work experience in the education field. Camron is currently serving as an ITT Subject Tutor at the National Institute of Teaching since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Oasis Community Learning as a Deputy Principal and Primary School Teacher/Curriculum Lead from April 2022 to June 2022. Camron also has experience as a Primary School Teacher at Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust from January 2018 to March 2020 and at Waverley School from October 2017 to January 2018. Camron began their teaching career as a Trainee Teacher at St Josephs Catholic Primary School from October 2016 to January 2017 and at ST CHAD'S CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL from November 2016 to December 2016. Before that, Camron worked as an EFL Teacher at Kudhai Community School from May 2012 to March 2015. Camron holds an MA in Education (Management and Leadership) and has a strong commitment to inclusive education and improving educational outcomes for working-class and BME communities.

Camron Mills has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from The Open University, which was obtained between 2015 and 2017. Following this, Camron pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Primary Education at Birmingham Newman University from 2017 to 2018. Later, Camron completed a Master's degree in Education Leadership and Management at Birmingham Newman University from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Camron is attending the Department for Education, where they are acquiring a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) from 2023 to 2024.
