Emily Charles

Emily Charles is currently serving as the Assistant Principal for Inclusion at Oasis Community Learning. With experience as a SENCO, Emily ensures that all students with SEND can access the curriculum and achieve their potential. Emily also holds titles such as Senior Mental Health Lead, Strategic Lead for SEND, and SENDCo and Hub Lead. Prior to their current role, Emily worked as a Class Teacher at Oldham Council. Emily holds a postgraduate degree in the National Award for SEN Coordination and a Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
