Pratik Gaglani

Pratik Gaglani is an experienced healthcare and operations professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Oasis Fertility since July 2025. Previously, Pratik held the position of Head of Operations - South at Nova IVF Fertility from September 2020 to July 2025, and briefly worked as a Healthcare Consultant in July 2020. Earlier in their career, Pratik was the Head of Partner Relations at healthi.in, an innovative healthcare technology startup, and co-founded Aplava Online Services Pvt. Ltd., an e-commerce platform for personal care and beauty products. Additional experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager at Medall Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., where Pratik was one of the initial employees, and working as a Project Executive at Larsen & Toubro. Pratik holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, along with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic, Mumbai.
