Kimberly Halvorsen

Kimberly Halvorsen is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Oasis Financial since July 2018 and as an Associate at Clifford Law Offices, P.C. since 2005, specializing in wrongful death, personal injury, premises and transportation liability, aviation, and medical negligence. Kimberly's previous roles include law clerk in the Criminal Enforcement Division of the Office of Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan from 2003 to 2004 and issues development staff for the Illinois House of Representatives from 2000 to 2002, where responsibilities included legislative agenda development and research on state-funded programs. Kimberly holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and has pursued additional training in trial advocacy and negotiation at the University of Virginia School of Law and Northwestern University, respectively.
