Anna Maloney, CPA

Anna Maloney, CPA has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Anna began their career as an intern at Boswell, Grimm, and Warner in 2014, followed by a summer/winter internship at Rozran and Spatz Orthopedics in 2016. In 2017, Anna held an accounting intern position at Rockville Panic Room and concurrently worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Maryland. Anna then interned with KPMG US in 2018, specifically in their Business Tax Services division. Anna joined the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in 2019 as an intern in the Office of Economic and Risk Analysis, where they supported the identification and analysis of emerging audit and accounting issues. Later in 2019, they transitioned to KPMG as a Tax Associate. Their most recent role is at Oasis Marinas, where they started as a Staff Accountant in October 2020 and progressed to become the Accounting Manager in September 2021.

Anna Maloney, CPA pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Maryland from 2015 to 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education by completing a Specialty Masters of Accountancy program from the same institution, specializing in Accounting with a Tax Track. This program took place from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, Anna obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in August 2020 through the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy.
