Jim Cabral

Jim Cabral is currently the Vice Chair Board of Directors at OASIS and the Vice President of Court Relations at InfoTrack US. Jim has extensive experience in developing partnerships in the legal and court services industries, contributing to the development of court technology models, and leading the development of national XML standards for electronic court filing. Jim has a strong background in justice business process and technology assessment, enterprise architecture, and systems engineering. Jim holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Washington and Vanderbilt University.
